At Sarvashreshta Organics, our oil-making process is rooted in a slower traditional method: a wooden press driven by a bull, followed by natural settling and careful bottling. This is the process people may also search for as wooden chekku, mara chekku, wooden ghani, bullock-driven or wood-pressed oil.
“Cold pressed” can describe many kinds of equipment. Our distinction is the traditional wooden press and slow bull-driven movement used during extraction.
